SHIPPING & DEPLOYMENT POLICY

SERIES 001: PILOT RUN STATUS The QuickStrike System is currently entering its initial 100-unit pilot manufacturing phase. All current orders are treated as reserved pre-orders. By purchasing, you are securing your unit from this limited initial deployment.

Customers will receive direct email updates regarding manufacturing progress, final quality assurance checks, and official shipment dates.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT Once the Series 001 inventory is received and inspected at our Georgia headquarters, fulfillment will begin immediately.

Upon physical inventory arrival, orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your master carton is handed over to the carrier.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING We ship via [USPS / UPS] for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Transit times typically range from 3 to 5 business days once dispatched from our facility. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the QuickStrike System and your delivery zone.

MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO) We proudly ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please ensure your unit and box numbers are formatted correctly at checkout to prevent customs delays. Note that transit times to overseas military installations may take up to 14-21 days depending on the routing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING For the Series 001 pilot run, we are currently limiting fulfillment to the United States and associated APO/FPO addresses to ensure strict quality control and efficient deployment. International shipping logistics will be evaluated for future production runs.

LOST OR DAMAGED GEAR Crown Dynamics LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and the original master carton, and contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
